Getting Admitted
Admission Process
When a doctor determines that you require in-patient care, you will be guided through our admission process. Here is what to expect:
Doctor's Referral
A doctor determines that in-patient care is required and issues a referral note.
Reception Desk
Proceed to the primary reception desk to begin the formal admission process.
Documents Required
Carry your National ID or valid passport, any referral notes, lab results, and previous medical history.
Ward Assignment
Our nursing staff will escort you to your designated ward and brief you on care protocols.
Rules & Etiquette
Visitor Guidelines
Only two visitors are permitted at a patient's bedside at any given time to reduce infection risks.
Children under 12 years are discouraged from visiting the wards to protect their immunity.
Please wash or sanitize your hands before entering and upon leaving the hospital wards.
Respect the privacy and peace of all patients by keeping noise strictly to a minimum.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode within all ward areas.
Bringing outside food into the wards is only permitted with prior nurse approval.
